I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Turku, working on perception and scene understanding for autonomous robots.
My research focuses on representations that let a robot reason about space, objects, and change over time. In particular, I work on hierarchical 3D and 4D scene graphs (connecting geometry, semantics, and motion dynamics) and on using them to bridge perception and prediction in complex, changing environments.
Interested in a master's thesis or a collaboration?
I am looking to co-supervise theses on topics related to 3D scene understanding and
dynamic environment modelling. If you are working in this area and looking for a thesis
topic or a collaboration, feel free to get in touch.
